Reactor, as I got to call it, is a quick test scene I put together in two days using Cinema 4D and Corona Render. I have been looking for options to 3ds Max for years, exploring nearly every DCC available on the market. To be honest, pretty much anything is better than Max with better, more and more flexible and modern tools.

In the case of archviz I finally decided to give C4D a chance because of its ease of use, features and flexibility. Of course, not everything that shine is gold. There are things that still can’t get my head around and which I think are definitely better in Max, but in general what I think I win is far more than that what I leave behind…

Let’s see how it goes and what results in yields in a couple of months from now on, but today I am more than pleased with this software.
